Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, explain the terms that apply when you access our website or purchase products from us.

By visiting, interacting with or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Access and Accounts

As a result, stock availability can occasionally change quickly.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

If we are unable to fulfil an item you have purchased, we will cancel the affected item and provide an appropriate refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained within your order.

You will normally receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

A product being unavailable
An obvious pricing or product information error
Payment not being authorised
Suspected fraudulent activity
An inability to deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders may enter processing quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once fulfilment has begun.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The price payable will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Delivery charges will be displayed where applicable before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we may contact you and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

6. Order Fulfilment

The White Wing Co. works with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to prepare, pack and dispatch customer orders.

Some or all of your order may therefore be dispatched by a fulfilment partner acting on our behalf.

Your purchase remains with The White Wing Co., and we remain your point of contact regarding your order.

If you experience a problem with an order, please contact us directly rather than contacting our suppliers or fulfilment partners.

Relevant customer information may be shared with our fulfilment and delivery partners where necessary to process and deliver your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to the locations stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery charges, estimated processing times and estimated delivery times are explained in that policy and displayed where applicable during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays and unusually busy periods.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law.

Goods generally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Delivery Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For most eligible goods purchased online, consumers have a legal right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law, including some personalised products and certain sealed hygiene-related products once unsealed.

These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

10. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact The White Wing Co. as soon as possible.

A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging where relevant

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

The White Wing Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with The White Wing Co.

Shopify is not the retailer of the products you purchase from The White Wing Co.

Your contract for the purchase of products is with The White Wing Co.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information relating to your access to and use of our store.
